Katie from Mary Pawpins has been a god send to me. Katie walks my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel whom is deaf and going blind she takes great care of him when out on walks as he needs extra special attention. She has been very flexible with timings of walks to fit in around my shift work. I feel so happy to have found her and trust her implicitly with the care of my pride and joy Colby. “It was a big decision for me to get my dog Toby and it has been the best decision I have ever made and like others who also have to work I worried about Toby when I could not work from home. After an introduction in comes Katie, the real life Mary Pawpins, to be his walker/friend on the days I have to work. I trust her implicitly, I trust her to be there when we’ve agreed, I trust her with my house keys, and most of all I trust her with Toby. She has never let me down and as for Toby, he loves Katie. If we say her name he is at the back door tail wagging waiting for her and the next adventure they will go on. His walks are exactly what he needs as a young excitable cockapoo – play with other dogs, woods and parks, no wonder he always comes back happy. Katie your a life saver!

I was in a total panic about getting Charlie looked after for the day to attend a family engagement, thinking i was organized my plans fell through at the last minute what was i going to do?

I think it must have been fate i only had a few days to organise something and then Katie appeared i told her of my dilemma she calmed me down and offered to look after Charlie for me, i cant tell you what a relief that was, everyone was happy.

We managed to keep the family appointment, Katie took Charlie for the day, he came back a very happy tired boy.

I wouldn’t hesitate to call on Katie again and would recommend her every time, i had total piece of mind, Katie is very professional, caring and accommodating

Most importantly Charlie adores her.

Polly is our Border Collie and we love her. Finding someone we trusted to take her out was always going to be a challenge – but then we found Mary Pawpins. Also known as Katie, she has walked Polly since she was a small puppy and they instantly formed a tight bond. On her initial home visit, her professional approach and humility immediately reassured us that she was “practically perfect in every way” for Polly.

Katie is utterly dependable and has never in 18 months cancelled or missed a session due to bad weather or any other reason. Polly is always very excited to see her – and waits by the window for her every day. She has been flexible and adaptable to meet our needs; during the recent birth of our son, Katie offered to look after Polly to help out. This was above and beyond the call for duty and much appreciated. Katie always strives to vary the walks and ensures that when walking more than one dog, that they will get all along and she cares about their experience.

In summary, it is very clear that Katie is a dog lover and takes pride in the service she delivers. We are so lucky to found a genuine, trustworthy superstar to look after our dog. We would whole heartedly recommend Katie to anyone, especially those who consider their dog a part of the family. But it doesn’t matter what we say, Polly completely adores her and greets her as one of her pack .
